Refund Policy

1) Digital Product / All Sales Final
PropMedian reports are digital products generated on-demand based on your selected filters and delivered via
immediate download and email. All sales are final and non-refundable, except for the limited cases below.
2) Eligible Refund Cases (Limited)

Non-delivery after payment: Your payment succeeded but you did not receive access to the report
via website download and email delivery, and we are unable to deliver the report after reasonable troubleshooting
and regeneration attempts. You must notify us within 7 days of purchase.
We will treat non-delivery as eligible only if delivery is not resolved within 60 minutes after successful payment.

Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment error.
3) Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Wrong inputs/filters chosen (district/mukim/scheme/property type) or user misunderstanding of results.
- Disagreement with statistics or conclusions in the report when the report was delivered as requested.
- Limitations or imperfections of underlying open datasets (e.g., missing/incomplete/updated records).
- Failure to receive email due to incorrect email address provided, mailbox restrictions, or spam filtering (you should check junk/spam).
4) How to Request a Refund
Email prop.median.my@gmail.com with:
- your purchase email address;
- payment reference / transaction ID;
- report type (Standard or Investor/Enterprise);
- time of purchase and a short description of the issue (screenshots helpful).
5) Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method where possible.
Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider and typically takes 7–14 business days.
